Please read the following terms carefully before creating an account, placing bets or using any casino service on this platform. Using the service means you have accepted these terms.
1. Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the solat baji platform and you, the user ("you"). solat baji is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in English for Bangladeshi users.
When you register, log in or use any service on this platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time; continuing to use the platform after any change takes effect means you have also accepted the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Eligibility for Registration
You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account.
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.
Opening an account in someone else's name or placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
solat baji may request a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal access may be restricted until the verification process is complete. This is not optional — it is required to protect funds and maintain platform integrity.
2.3 Account Security
Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for any loss resulting from sharing this information with a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. solat baji will never ask for your password by phone or message.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The approved deposit methods on solat baji are:

Use a payment account registered in your own name for deposits. Depositing through a third party is not allowed.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Approved withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise verified. Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
3.3 Third-Party Transactions
Deposits or withdrawals from any third-party payment account are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the associated balance may be confiscated and the account closed.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
solat baji offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Any unused bonus is cancelled after expiry. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
4.2 VIP Weekly Cashback
solat baji's VIP programme has four tiers. Cashback is awarded each week based on net losses at each tier:

Cashback applies to weekly net losses (total amount lost minus total amount won). Example: A Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If the use of multiple accounts, false information or any other fraudulent activity to obtain bonuses is identified, the bonuses on all associated accounts will be cancelled, balances confiscated and the accounts may be permanently closed.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless solat baji itself takes action under specific circumstances (such as a technical error).
If any event is cancelled, suspended or incomplete, solat baji will determine the rules that apply to the relevant bet.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, solat baji reserves the right to void that bet.
In live betting, a bet may be accepted even after the outcome has already been determined due to a delay. In such situations, solat baji has the authority to make the final decision.
5.2 Approved Games and Services
solat baji offers sports betting (including cricket and football), live casino, slots, card games and fishing games. Separate rules may apply to each game and service, as noted on the relevant game page.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Arbitrage betting or exploiting vulnerabilities in game software
- Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
- Colluding with other users to influence outcomes
- Misusing the platform for money laundering or financial crime
- Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour on the platform
6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
solat baji believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The platform follows the responsible gaming guidelines and is committed to keeping users safe.
Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
If a self-exclusion request is made, solat baji will lock the relevant account for a specified period.
If anyone under the age of 21 opens an account and this is confirmed during verification, that account and all associated balances will be cancelled.
In poker and other skill games, be aware of your own limits and do not bet beyond your means.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information and transactions secure.
Information may be shared with the relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.
Requests to update or delete your information can be made through support, though some information may be retained due to legal requirements.

8.2 Complaints Process
Submit a complaint via live chat or email and provide full details of the issue along with any relevant information (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.).
solat baji will review the complaint and communicate its decision within a reasonable time.
For disputes relating to game or bet outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
solat baji's decision will be considered final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
9. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All content on the solat baji platform — designs, logos, text, graphics and software — is protected under intellectual property law. Redistribution, imitation or commercial use of any content other than for personal use is prohibited.
The intellectual property of content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others) belongs to their respective owners, and solat baji operates under licence to use their services.
10. Changes to Terms and Termination
solat baji reserves the right to change, amend or cancel these Terms at any time.
For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be updated.
Continuing to use the platform after any change means the updated terms have been accepted.
solat baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason or without reason, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer and Limitations
solat baji provides its platform on an "as is" basis. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical errors, internet disruption or any other reason. solat baji will not be liable for any financial or other compensation in such cases.
There is always a risk of losing money in betting and casino games. solat baji is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by users. Play within your means and remember that betting always carries risk.
